COSP contains code from several research groups, and 
the various files are bundled separately in the
following directories:

MetOffice - Met Office (United Kingdom)

IPSL - Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace (France)

CSU-UW - Colorado State University and University of Washington (USA)

LLNL - Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (USA)

ISCCP - ISCCP simulator 

By downloading the code you agree to be bound by the terms
and conditions listed in the licence files here.

The MetOffice directory is password protected.

Before downloading the MetOffice code, please read
the contents of 

MetOffice-cloud_simulator_license.txt

and send an email to one of the people below saying:

"On behalf of ORGANISATION NAME I accept the terms of the attached
licence agreement."

YOUR NAME

Please also attach a copy of 

MetOffice-cloud_simulator_license.txt

to your email for our records.

We will send you the password as soon as we can, and will 
retain your email address for future updates on the code.
